Working process of the shelf panel roll forming machine:

Hydraulic decoiler → Straightener → Punch units ( Servo feeding)→ Feeding device → Double Side roller Roll forming main machine → Cutting with bending → Run-out table

Main Specification of the shelf panel production line:

1. The equipment adopts full-range intelligent PLC control, featuring high automation, safety and efficiency.
2. The forming frame is welded with high-strength channel steel, ensuring high strength and a long service life.
3. The roller material is 40Cr, with a hardness of HB280 after quenching and tempering treatment.
4. The forming die material is GCr15, which is quenched to achieve a hardness of HRC 56-62.
5. The transmission structure is either gearbox transmission or chain transmission.
