• Efficiency: Forming speed adjustable from 0 to 50m/min, supporting continuous mass production; equipped with a 1.5KW AC servo tracking shear motor and hydraulic following cut-off system for precise, burr-free cutting.
• Durability: The machine frame adopts an integral structure (10mm workbench steel plate + 8mm steel welding) with precision-machined gantry; 30mm-thick CNC-processed precision casting stand side plates (surface spray-coated) ensure stability. Forming rollers (16 groups total) are made of 45# steel (HRC53 after heat treatment, hard chrome-plated and polished), while the transmission mechanism uses 40Cr spindle (Φ50mm, precision-ground) and Harbin G8-grade bearings for long service life.
• Intelligence: PLC control system coordinates multiple servo motors (0.75KW2 for width adjustment, 0.2KW4 for height adjustment) and gearbox transmission, ensuring smooth, low-noise operation. The ball screw CNC width-adjustable structure (supported by 25mm linear square rails) further enhances adjustment accuracy.
