How to Maintain a Leveler?

Follow these steps to properly maintain the leveler and extend its service life:
  1. Clean the area around the equipment and tidy the workspace daily.
  2. Tighten all screws after every 10 shifts of use.
  3. Check the machine’s levelness after every 3–4 uses and adjust to ensure it is level.
  4. Weekly: Add No. 2 lithium-based grease or No. 3 calcium-based grease to the oil pump (for lubricating bearings), mix with machine oil at a 4:1 ratio to make a viscous mixture, then use the hand pump to lubricate the roller seat bushings.
  5. Weekly: Apply No. 1–3 calcium-based grease to the worm gear, lead screw, and guide rails.
  6. Every three months: Add No. 50 engine oil to the reducer.
  7. Regularly: Add No. 32 machine oil to the reducer (check oil level); apply No. 20 machine oil to the universal joint moving parts.
