Features:
a) The main leveling rolls are protected by upper, lower, and multi-layer rolls, forming a multi-layer structure with high precision and strong stability. All rolls are designed through precise calculation in terms of upper, lower, front, and rear positions, enabling microsecond-level data changes to ultimately achieve high-precision leveling results, ensuring customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
b) The leveling rolls are made of imported bearing steel through a special process, featuring good rigidity and strong stability. The roll surfaces are ground, plated with hard chrome, and then precision-ground. The roll hardness is HRC 58±2°, and the surface hard chrome layer is ≥0.05mm.
c) All gears are made of 20CrMnTi, undergoing forging, tempering, carburizing, precision grinding, and other processes, with an accuracy reaching IT6 grade.
d) The main bearings are original Japanese imported self-lubricating bearings, which can self-lubricate and have good sealing performance, so no additional lubrication devices are required.
e) Adjustment methods for the leveling roll gap: manual adjustment and electric adjustment.
f) Manual adjustment: By shaking the handwheel, the dial indicator dynamically displays the front and rear adjustment amount digitally, ultimately achieving precise leveling.
g) Electric adjustment: Enter the touchscreen parameter setting interface, where parameters can be set precisely to 0.01mm, making operation convenient and efficient.
