Description

This is an upgraded open-cell ceiling roll forming line, which significantly boosts production efficiency.
The conventional design features single-hole punching per operation, with a maximum speed of only 12 m/min.
The new design increases the number of holes punched per stroke — it is engineered for 600mm-length workpieces — thus greatly improving production efficiency, with the speed reaching up to 30 m/min.
Product precision has also been enhanced substantially.
