Description

U300 Baffle Ceiling Roll Forming Machine

The MASSCA U300 Baffle ceiling machine mainly uses aluminum strip as raw materials, going through processes such as uncoiling, leveling, continuous roll forming , and fixed-length cutting.
The cross-sectional height and width of the products can be infinitely adjusted, enabling the production of products with any dimensions within the designed range (bottom width: 30-100mm, flange height: 75-300mm).
The width and height specifications of the products are adjusted via NC servo system. Operators only need to input the product’s width, height, and length on the touch screen, and all other operations of the unit will be completed automatically. Specification changes can be achieved within a few minutes.
The production speed can be adjusted freely within the specified range, making the entire line a cold-bending processing equipment that realizes continuous and automated production.

Decoiler:

Leveling device:
  • 15 groups of rollers

  • leveling roller material: GCr15 bearing steel, After heat treatment, it undergoes machining and precision grinding, followed by surface hard chrome plating and polishing.
Roll Forming Main Machine of the Baffle Ceiling Production Line:
  1. Machine Frame: Welded from steel plates, followed by gantry milling processing.
  2. Stand: Adopts an independent gantry structure: the rolls are between the two stand plates, and the transmission system is on the outer side of the stand plates.
  3. Transmission mechanism: Controlled by variable frequency speed regulation; the main motor is connected for transmission with the worm gear reducer and rollers.
  4. Roll material: S45C medium carbon steel, with surface polishing and hard chrome plating.
  5. The specification-adjusting moving unit is equipped with Taiwan TBI precision linear guideways and ball screws.
  6. Servo systems (3 sets) are used as drive units.
  7. Lip forming stand: 1 shelf with 6 groups
  8. Horizontal stands: 10 groups,The lower shaft is active, and the upper shaft is passive. The rolls are located between the two stand plates

Hydraulic cut-off system

  1. The hydraulic system adopts a high-efficiency and environment-friendly hydraulic system, with original Taiwanese hydraulic components.
  2. Cutting method: Servo tracking cutting without deceleration or machine stop.
  3. Equipped with 1 set of adjustable cutting blade.

Run-out table:

Electric control system:
  1. PLC centralized control: Operators only need to simply input the product’s cross-sectional parameters, product length, and quantity on the touch screen, and all other actions of the unit will be completed automatically.
  2. Control mode: Touch screen and button control.
  3. Operation modes: Manual and automatic, with manual-automatic switching function. In manual mode, can be used as debugging and maintenance; in automatic mode, after manual sequential startup, the entire line runs for production. Emergency stop buttons are installed along the entire line to facilitate handling of emergencies and ensure the safety of equipment and operators.
  4. Equipped with a handheld cordless remote controller.
